Retail Field Sales Trainer

RainSoft is seeking a highly-motivated Field Sales Trainer to join our growing team.

We are seeking individuals that are highly successful leaders (ideally in the direct to consumer retail space).

Base salary will be $50,000 plus commission, and you’ll help train and manage staff across multiple Home Depot locations and partner relationships.

If you’ve previously had success in sales, sales training and managing others, then this may be the perfect opportunity!

Responsibilities:
Represent RainSoft professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry

Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills

All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts.
