Job Requirements: Retail Assistant
– Responsibilities: Meeting and exceeding Customer needs and discovering the best solution Identify and provide effective solutions for any issues Effectively use of office technology to process customer orders Providing outstanding Customer service at all times Administrative duties Working under direction of Management to achieve targets and goals Proactively develop skills and knowledge through effective use of systems Communicating with various internal departments to resolve client queries Proactively identify opportunities when dealing with all customer queries Proactively log customer and product information Working safely during the Covid-19 pandemic: The safety of our employees, clients and prospective customers is at the forefront of everything that we do.

We will continue to monitor regulations and update our procedures where necessary.
