Overview

We are looking for a Regional Retail Business Development Officer to fill an opening immediately in Williamsport, PA. The primary responsibility of the successful Regional Retail Business Development Officer will be to pro-actively develop new small business and retail business in the region as well as assisting the Regional Retail Banking Manager and the Regional Community Office Manager with educating and training the branch delivery staff to build long-lasting relationships by engaging customers in a positive manner and providing an experience that includes undivided attention and knowledgeable service while ensuring that the customer’s needs are well matched with the appropriate product and/or service.

Responsibilities

1. Works with Regional Community Office Manager and the Regional Retail Market Leader to pro-actively participate in the drive and achievement of new small business & retail business. Obtain new clients, retain existing clients and deepen existing relationships. Maintances a book of business.

2. Pro-actively engages in Regional Small Business and Retail Business Development efforts.

3. Promotes Financial Services.

4. Training and Education.

5. Customer Service – Exemplifies Citizens & Northern Customer Service Standards.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university or equivalent in a related field.

Experience: 4-6 years of previous related sales and management experience in a banking environment or a related sales field

Equivalent combination of education and experience.
