We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter with strong networking and communication skills who will thrive in our fast-paced environment and growing organization.

Sourcing candidates and effective use of social media/job boards are essential capabilities.

This position will be a hybrid role working some of the time in our Mt.

Laurel, NJ office and some of the time remote.

Essential Functions: Full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidate applications, hiring and on-boarding.

Recruit primarily for a wide range of commercial finance roles in sales, operations and technology.

Work directly with hiring managers to determine talent needs aligned with business requirements, job requirements and candidate qualifications.

Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify talent in the market.

Maintain network of candidates using company’s applicant tracking system.

Operate as a functional owner for Workday Recruiting.

Screen, interview and prepare a candidate slates within an appropriate timeline.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources 5 years progressive experience in recruiting Must have experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research Strong relationship and partnering skills Excellent candidate evaluation skills (screening, interviewing, assessment) Experience with applicant tracking systems, knowledge of Workday a plus Strong interpersonal skills
