:The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Operations Analyst team with daily activities to support business growth. The Operations Coordinator’s day will be filled with multiple projects, problem solving and customer service for internal and external partners.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for item setup and maintenance process on retail/vendor systems. Assist in website content creation and asset management. Manage sample intake for the operations and sales team. Manage the purchase order process including communication with internal and external partners. Manage promotional funding and interpret associated analytics. Complete vendor compliance reporting weekly. Research and resolve issues related to reporting, item setup and purchase orders.Applicant Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management or related field. Ability to quickly learn internal and external retail partner systems. Strong problem solving and organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication Strong attention to detail Strong time and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
