DESCRIPTION

The Retail & Events Associate will provide support in the retail area of the NCM Motorsports Park (MSP) including customer service, stocking, cashiering, and light cleaning.

In addition, this position will provide support during various events at the Motorsport’s Park, including Twinkle at the Track.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and acknowledge every guest as they enter and exit the Motorsports Park.
Assist in achieving retail area appearance and maintenance standards.
Assist customers in person and over the phone with issues or concerns, escalating issues as appropriate.
Provide hands-on support with various events at the Motorsports Park including event set-up, and being a friendly face for guests.
Provide assistance to other departments at the Motorsports Park, proactively identifying areas where help is needed.
Responsibilities are not all inclusive, additional duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred and/or working events, preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00
– $15.00 per hour
