Job Overview:

These positions are part time, depending on how many stores you live near, what your desire of work load is and what level of skill and experience you have. 

 

You will service several major brand products at several retailers in and around the market. Our usual markets are about a 30-mile radius, but we’ll talk more specifically about the locations when we call you for interview.

 

You will have the opportunity to accept or decline new work as you go, but we ask that once you commit to an ongoing project that you are our person for that job! We are not a gig job where you can decide that day if you want to work or not. Our clients are some of the largest brands and expect a level of commitment and execution requirement.

 

We are looking for:

  • Merchandisers – Level 1
    • We will provide you training and support so that you can execute the basic merchandising jobs available. You will be asked to pull stock from the backroom, place signage, basic troubleshooting, place displays that might require a power cord to be plugged in, and think on your feet to solve any problem (read that as, “don’t leave the store until the job is done”).
  • Merchandisers – Level 2
    • At this level you can do more than stickering and sign placement. You will be asked to do complex merchandising related tasks such as stock placement to POG reset, resetting metal shelves, setting an end cap to POG as well as functional display troubleshooting and think on your feet to solve any problem (read that as, “don’t leave the store until it’s working”).  You will also be required to log into a live video validation and troubleshooting system so that you can get live help as well as live validation of the job executed.

  • Installer – Level 1

    • You will perform the initial installation of interactive displays in variable spaces throughout the market as well as advanced troubleshooting which might include wiring diagrams, running power to a display location, and using basic tools to get a deeper look into the problem. Attention to detail is key!
  • Installer – Level 2
    • In this position you should have skills across large fixture assembly and fabrication, complex electronics to include media players, low voltage switching, networking, AV and tablet-based software configuration and setup. 

 

The level 1 positions start at $15.00 per hour + mileage + drive time.

As a per requested need (PRN) part-time employee, your hours will vary week to week to work assignments in your market. Your work hours and work location may vary from week to week, occasional weekends and/or holidays based on store/client requirements as needed.

Execution of multiple job functions which will be communicated and agreed to prior to you accepting the job or project.

NOTE: This position is a pre-requisite to additional positions which will be offered to you depending on your experience and desire to accept them.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessary

  • Work schedule may fluctuate (hours and work location may vary from week to week), occasional weekends and/or holidays based on store/client requirements as needed
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
