Merchandiser in Hudson, New Richmond, River Falls and Prescott, WI and Stillwater, Maplewood, Oakdale, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Hastings, Inver Grove Heights and Eagan, MN

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within an assigned territory.
About the Role
  • Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
  • They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
  • Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores.
  • A company-issued phone will be provided with a programed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.
Shift and Schedule
  • Full-time
  • 4:00am until work is finished (will start between midnight-2am on Saturday and Sundays)
  • 5 scheduled shifts per week
  • Weekends required (days off fall during the week). Typically working Friday through Tuesday
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay starting at $18.62 per hour during training after 6 mos wage increases to $19.60 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours. Additional incentive paid per hour for Saturday and Sunday weekend work!
  • $1000 Sign on bonus for eligble new employees
  • Mileage reimbursement for the use of your personal vehicle.

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED)
  • Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
  • Valid driver’s license
