Kalan is a leading supplier of trendy and innovative gifts and novelty items, creating specialty products for retailers across the United States.Kalan Services, a division of Kalan LP, has immediate and future openings for in-store Merchandising Specialists to service trendy novelty and gift items at retail establishments in both large cities and small towns throughout the United States.Duties:Replenish and straighten all merchandise according to the current planogram.Remove damaged and discontinued merchandiseEnsure that displays are clean and presentablePlace new pricing stickers and signage when necessaryIf a planogram is reset or revised you will be required to participate.If additional services are required at the assigned location, you will be required to participate.Use technology (email, phone, camera, computer, handheld wireless device and internet) for various activities, taking dated photographs, job reports and job information Requirements:Some merchandising or retail experience preferredInternet access required for online reporting of servicesAbility to photograph and submit dated pictures of the retail display racksonline survey must be completedMust communicate with store management at the beginning and end of each serviceComfortable with email for job specifications, job requirements, and communications.Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: per visitExperience:merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)retail: 1 year (Preferred)planogram: 1 year (Preferred)Flexible schedule
