Louis Lambert International AirportYour Team is counting on you as a Retail Operations Supervisor to:Provide flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends & holidaysWe open at 4:00 am and close when the last flight departs (this may vary depending on delays).Work a full-time scheduleOversee these stores: All Hudson Travel Convenience, and Specialty BrandsOversee the crew at the storesRetail Operations Supervisor Key Accountabilities:Provides staff training and conducts store opening/closing/ shift change proceduresPerforms all cash register preparation, float verifications, spot checks, verification of end-of-shift cash reconciliation’s, void processing and depositsEnsures that money is secured at all times and cash in excess of $500 is removed from the register for safekeepingEnsures that daily counts on cigarettes, phone cards, newspapers, and other items as required are conducted and that any discrepancies are reportedEnsures that staff report to work on time, dressed in clean full uniform, including nametagsEnsures that all staff tardiness and absences are reported to managementEnsures customers are greeted promptly and served by knowledgeable, well-trained associatesDemonstrates effective management of customer queuingEnsures that sales associates are assigned daily duties and are aware of daily sales targets and procedural changesHas an in depth knowledge of products sold and ensures replenishment and proper rotation of stock on the sales floorEnsures that housekeeping standards are maintained (i.E.
