About the role

A Field Merchandiser is a passionate and self-motivated team member of the Claire’s Concession team, who strives to make things happen in order to achieve results.

Responsible for a number of concession stores, the Field Merchandiser will consistently deliver exceptional standards in merchandising and build excellent public relations with concession partner.

Responsibilities:
Recover, replenish and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visitsValidate all the carton deliveries from the Distribution CenterImplement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelinesReplenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floorEnsure promotions and “sale” are in line with operational requirementsEnsure “Markdowns” are in line with operational requirementsOrganize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom)Process empty cards, transfers and damages as requiredCheck style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properlyProactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performanceEnsure that the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times and products are not left on the floorLead and train partner team by example demonstrating good product knowledgeProvide to Concessions District Sales Manager regular updates on performance of concessions, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement
About you
A minimum of 6 months of retail or merchandising experienceVisually can follow direction to successfully execute In
