Coordinator Retail Accounts

Staffing Now,a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator working for our client in the manufacturing industry. This is a full time position providing retail support with managing the submission of orders and providing superior customer service through the clients product buying experience. A summary of the role includes:

• Handles inbound phone calls regarding residential and commercial products.
• Assist with managing the order process and researching matters regarding pricing, delivery and other
• Collaborates with the team on process improvement opportunity
• Ensures credits are properly processed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of inside sales, account management or sales management experience working a retail environment
