Summary Description: This position is primarily responsible for the sale of clothing and accessory items to meet our customers’ needs, merchandising our products to attract interest and assisting with inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service.Job Responsibilities: Greet all customers in the storeDevelop a rapport with the customers through conversation to understand their needsBuild trust from the customer through product knowledge and the delivery of accurate informationBring the sale to a successful closeExpand the sale by demonstrating knowledge of accessory and/or related products or warranty agreements as appropriate for the needs of the customerOperate the cash register to complete the saleMerchandise the store by stocking shelves, counters, or tables with productsOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience:**Job dependent: No experience necessary as we will train you but there are a few things that will make the job more fun:Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with peopleLove to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all worksHave basic computer skillsEnglish fluency, written and verbalNeed to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekendsMust be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 poundsThe Perks and Benefits:Free ski passDaily ski breaks dependent upon locationIncentive/Commission availableEmployee Discounts (ski, retail, outdoor industry and much more!!)401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match when eligibility requirements metSick Pay based on hours workedBudgeted wage starts at: $15 $20/hour.
