Accountabilities and Responsibilities Style products for both photo and video production.

Prepare sets for live video production.

Create and maintain in-house seasonal displays, as well as set up for special visits.

Work with creative team on styling needs for Annual Reunion including but not limited to set design, product displays and store displays.

Responsible for communicating with vendors to ensure sets are ready and to specification.

Will need to be on-site to create and maintain styling for the duration of Reunion (about 6 days).

Coordinate models if needed.

Identify, source, purchase assets and return assets as needed for photography or video.

Maintain organization of asset storage areas and coordinate movement of assets as needed for photo shoots and video.

Good communication skills for interacting with photographers, videographers and designers.

Keeps current on home decor trends and proposes styling and set ideas to creative team.

Availability to work long hours during photoshoots or videos Ability to travel as needed.

Additional duties and projects as requested.
