With a menu that is constantly changingwe are looking for a grill cook who can adapt to a changing menu, and thrive in a small kitchen.Dutiesmise station and communicate needs for service and following daysskilled and consistent cookery of proteinscommunicate ticket sale and expedition of table itemsnightly cleaning and closing dutiesgenerally helpful and has desire to put out high quality food with a small teamKitchen is also tipped out, which adds $3-$5 an hour on average
