Job Description About The Naughty Greek: The Naughty Greek serves Mediterranean/Greek food made from scratch in a fast-casual environment.

Expectations At The Naughty Greek, the Line Cook position is at the foundation of our kitchen.

It is a exists to help prepare food by doing the routine and day-to-day tasks necessary to prepare the amazing dishes that we serve in our restaurant.

You Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments What we offer: Competitive hourly wages Great-tasting, free food during working hours Cross-training and growth opportunities A small, local company feel where everyone knows each other and their input is welcome and considered A welcoming and diverse workplace Responsibilities: You will be successful in this role if you’re ready to: Prep and executes all menu items, including for dine‐in, to‐go, and in some cases Catering Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklists, assisting with cleaning dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and detail cleaning as necessary Assist Kitchen Manager to maintain proper food par levels and use prep sheet to prepare correct levels Conduct line checks for quality control Use proper tools to ensure adherence to recipes such as measuring cups, job aids, and various kitchen equipment Follow all opening, mid, and closing procedures as directed by checklists and direction of Kitchen Manager Requirements 1 or 3 months of related restaurant experience or training Previous knife skills a plus Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and evenings Ability to be cross‐trained in all areas of the kitchen This restaurant participates in Tip Sharing with the kitchen staff which results in a substantial increase in the hourly rate.
