HIRING FOR FULL TIME OR PART TIME SUSHI CHEF OR ROLLERS

BUSSINESS HOURS:
WEEKDAYS 4PM-10PM
WEEKEND 11AM-10PM

OFFERING : SIGN ON BONUS EARN $1000 AFTER 3 MONTHS WITH FREE GARAGE PARKING.

-ROLLER / HELPER $15 TO $18 PER HOUR/ $30K TO 40K (NO EXPERIENCE NECCEDSARY NEEDED )

-SUSHI CHEF WITH NIGIRI AND SASHIMI EXPERIENCE : $50K TO $60K

Responsibilities:

-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepared and presented all food items, hot and cold as per standards and norms.
-Follow food safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years in restaurant industry
-Good knife skill
-Desire to learn and self improve
-Worked under pressure and take construction criticism
-Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
-Able to meet all scheduling commitments
-Able to anticipate needs of others in the Sushi Bar/kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
-Strong attention to detail
-Team spirit
-Passionate
