Note: online applications accepted only.Schedule: Full-Time; 7 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday with some late PM events.Details: This position is at the Oracle Center kitchen responsible for the meals in the building and Campus Catering (hot and cold food).
Large catering and special event space.
Serve in-room catered meals and buffet-style events.
Help manage kitchen staff of 12 to 15 people.
Responsible for implementation of Food and Staff safety programs with Chef and Catering Director.Requirement: Previous experience with large catering operations.

The position entails assisting in all phases of planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation.
This includes adhering to the client’s culture and guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, and the company’s standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation.
