Job Description We are looking to add to our Culinary team at River Falls restaurant in Woonsocket, RI.
The position is a full-time position.
The candidate must meet the following requirements: 1.
Minimum of 5 years experience working in a scratch kitchen, at least 1 year of experience in a similar position 2.
Have the ability to execute and delegate the hotline or expo 3.
Be able to establish prep lists and help the chef with ordering and inventory management 4.
Have a food safety managers certification ( at least serv safe certified) 5.
Must be a team player and be willing to work the line.
6.
Be able to coach other employees and help with their development 7.
Must be able to understand and establish food costs of items and specials during the week
