We are currently seeking Team Members who can maintain a positive, friendly and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest experiences in one of the busiest Blaze Pizza locations. We are seeking people who want to have fun while they are working and love to interact with and sometimes entertain people. We make our pizzas in front of our guests, our kitchen is our stage.

As a Team Member, not only do we want you to show your own individuality, but you’ll get to help guests showcase theirs as they create their own pizzas made from artisanal quality ingredients at a super-fast speed. Our pizzas are then Fast Fire’d in our blazing hot oven and ready to eat in just 3 minutes.

Our best Team Members will be able to advance to the Shift Leader position very rapidly. This is a great way to start your career in the food business and grow into a position you will find very rewarding. We love to see our team grow and advance.

Team Members work in a fast-paced environment, where your responsibilities may include:

-Taking orders, preparing, cooking and serving GREAT! pizzas

-Operating a point of sale system and cash handling

-Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items and maintaining a clean dining room for all our guests

-Cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service

Qualifications:

-Awesome guest service & communication skills

-Fun, energetic and friendly

-Fast and accurate at creating our beautiful pizzas

-Ability to stand for 8 hours

-Good personal grooming

-Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Types: Variable Hour – This position is hired as a variable hour Team Member, you may be offered Full Time once you meet our requirements.

Pay:

Here is how our pay structure works:

-$11.00 per hour as your base pay

-$2.00 per hour bonus if you work more than 35 hours per week

-$2.00 per hour bonus if you work every scheduled shift and arrive on time

-Average tips per hour are about $2.00 per hour, many weeks are closer to $4.00 per hour
