We are looking for Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers. Approximately 2 million meals are served in Yellowstone every summer! ResponsibilitiesEnsure a best in class customer experienceAdhere to company policies and standards and hold staff accountable to do the sameMaintain the cleanliness of the restaurantEnsure proper professional conduct and uniform appearance of all team membersLead and coach staff members; support the development of a high performing teamRun shifts effectively, providing excellent guest service QualificationsWorking knowledge of all positions supervisedWorking knowledge of all equipment used within the food and beverage operationAbility to organize and prioritize workload and follow-up with specific timelinesAbility to creatively problem-solve and select a course of actionAbility to communicate in a positive, efficient manner and hold individuals accountable for their responsibilitiesCertification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required. Workshop will be provided if not currently certifiedServSafe Manager Certification preferred.
