Are you handy with a knife and understand basic seafood preparation? Love to fillet fish and build lasting customer relationships? Then Quality Seafood is looking for you! We are looking for an energetic and qualified fishmonger to join our retail counter team! Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.Essential Duties:Provide friendly and attentive customer serviceCreate and prepare entrees, soup bases, and other value-added products—culinary creativity is a must!Ensure fresh and appealing display case by keeping it stocked, rotated and cleanAbility to process/fillet fishWillingness to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the departmentRequirements:Strong work ethic & organizational skillsTuesday-Saturday, 8am-7pm availabilityCurrent Food handlers and TABC certificationAbility to lift 50 lbsPrevious seafood experience preferred but not necessary.Great benefits and fun work environment at this local seafood landmark.Compensation Hourly DOE + benefits package and employee discounts!No phone calls please.
