We are looking for experienced pizza makers and line cooks to join our team.

Pizza Maker
You prepare and cook all pizzas according to specifications and recipes, you create special pies, and assist with training new team members.

You organize and manage all food orders in an orderly fashion and communicate with team members to ensure all food is baked properly.

You are personally hygienic and professionally you maintain a clean working area while complying with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.

You keep a positive approach with coworkers and customers, and you’re ok being the center of attention from time to time, as our pizza makers are on the main floor facing the guests.

Line Cook
You prepare and cook all food according to specifications and recipes and assist with training new team members.

You organize and manage all food orders in an orderly fashion and communicate with team members to ensure all food is baked/cooked properly.

You are personally hygienic and professionally you maintain a clean working area while complying with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.

You keep a positive approach with coworkers and customers.

Qualifications

Reliable, quality help can be hard to come by in the restaurant world!

So we look for skilled line cooks with experience and solid cooking/baking skills, but we’ll also hire you for trainability (potential), personality, and cultural fit.

Whether you’re well a seasoned cook or pizza maker or you’re new to the pizza game, if you have open availability, can work days or nights, and weekends full-time, we hope you’ll come by to speak with us soon!

– $20 per hour (dependent on relevant skills, knowledge, and experience).

Our Story in a Nutshell | Zoli’s Pizza

Zoli’s is a”True Old School NY style pizza joint” that was formerly located in the Bishop Arts District until the complex was bought out by some pizza-hating, money hungry apartment developers.

Fast forward to 2017 and we re-opened our pizza praise temple in Addison, TX as a full-service restaurant and bad ass pizzeria.
