This position is responsible for taking guests’ orders while projecting a pleasant and professional manner.

Create a genuine guest experience through a high level of attention and service.

Possess strong customer service skills.

Serve customers by taking orders and/or completing transactions on the POS system.

Uphold the integrity of the food service guidelines with brand standards and adhere to local and state laws Support the kitchen with prep, set up, stocking, and any other chores needed in preparing customer’s orders and/or grab-n-go’s.

Complete opening and closing procedures Be a part of the one-team philosophy to work and interact with staff of all levels Other duties as neededWhat education and requirements are we looking for?

High School Diploma or GED 6+ months experience in a fast-paced retail, food, or café environment, with an upbeat and positive attitude.

Food Handler’s Card certification and Alcohol Servers Permit required.

Must be able to pass a 10-year background check for airport security clearance Must be able to acquire SIDA Badge for Port of Portland/PDX Airport Physical requirements: long periods of standing, walking and lifting 25 lbs.
