About the role:This is for the 1 p.M. 9:30 p.M. Lead role Wed. thru Sun. The Lead Production Bread Bakers assist the Bakehouse Production management team in supervision of department operations, including ordering, inventory control, merchandising, food safety, work safety, communication, training of staff. May assist with basic supervisory functions in absence of management. Hands on large-batch from-scratch production of all bakery menu items, including artisan breads, rolls, sandwich breads, and specialty items as required.
