Perla’s is looking for a dynamic, energetic Executive Pastry Chef to join the team!The Executive Pastry Chef oversees the preparation and production of desserts, bread, and pastries.
As the Executive Pastry Chef, you are responsible for the creation and development of new recipes and techniques, kitchen maintenance, and most importantly oversight of pastry cooks.
Chocolate Semifreddo, Blueberry Masa Tart, and Salted Butterscotch Pot de Crme are just some of the items we prepare on-site.
