Flexibility to refresh, relax, rest, and recharge.COMPENSATIONBase rate between $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts is provided.

$50 paid on your first check and $450 paid after 30 days on continuous employment.

THE ROLEReporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the Production Associate is responsible for completing a variety of general labor tasks in the production of baked goods.

The Production Associate has an eye for quality and adheres to SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.Assists with the preparation, assembly, and/or packaging of pretzel bread on a production line.Physically moves, pushes, lifts, packs, stacks, and handles product, baking materials, and equipment.Performs general housekeeping and maintenance tasks in order to ensure a clean and safe working area.Checks product for basic quality adherence to correct color, cut, size, shape, and weight.Observes the flow of the production line and identifies where help is needed stepping into any position to provide support or relieve for breaks..Requirements:QUALIFICATIONSWhat does it take to succeed in this role?

We’re looking for a motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

You should also have:Ability to stand and/or walk up to 100% of the time, work in a freezer or ovens area, and lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work efficiently, exercise initiative, resourcefulness, and good judgement.Flexible and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.The role typically works 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
