This position will oversee Kitchen Operations including creating and writing all recipes as well as developing kitchen training programs for two high-volume restaurant Concepts.

Candidates must have strong knowledge and experience working with a wide range of cuisines.*** Qualified candidates must be able to relocate to Central Illinois for this unique opportunity!Key Qualifications:Extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of kitchen equipment and operationsStrong track record of developing implementing and maintaining recipes and food consistencyHistory of sourcing all products to ensure culinary standards and guidelines are met10+ years of experience in high-volume, scratch kitchensAbility to act as the culinary lead on all menu roll-outs and photo & video shootsStrong knowledge of kitchen safety and health compliance, audits and inspectionsAbility to maintain a calm professional demeanor at all timesHistory of coaching and developing othersJob Responsibilities:Sourcing ingredients for introduction of new menu itemsWork with outside vendors to communicate all product issues and changesCoordination of monthly LTOs and menu roll-outsCoordination with field Chef PartnersMaintain recipe data base integrityMaintain and update all necessary nutritional informationDevelop and maintain BOH training programsProvide support in Chef Partner selection processHands on operational and FCOS trouble shootingFacilitate new unit openings including equipment & smallware orders, kitchen design, staff training and post-opening coaching & supportJob Requirements:Minimum 5 years as Multi-Unit Chef or Regional Kitchen ManagerExcellent written and verbal communicative skillsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Word and ExcelAvailable to work on weekends, holidays and nights as requiredAble to work independently and as part of a teamAbility and willingness to routinely travel 20% and up to 50% when opening restaurants
