Cooks foodstuffs in quantities according to menu and number of employees to be served.
Slices roast such as beef, veal, pork, and lamb for cold plates or sandwiches.
Prepares sandwiches for pantry service outside of meal hours.
Bakes bread and pastry.
Cuts meat.
Mixes sauces and various seafood such as crab, lobster, and shrimp to prepare cocktails.
Assists in menu planning taking advantage of foods in season and local availability.
Serves meals.
Assists in ordering supplies and keeps records and accounts.
Performs all related duties as Starlight Lounge, and Water’s Edge Cafe Cooks as needed or requiredRequirementsAssociate’s degree (A.
A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.Two years directly related experience,OR four years directly related experience preferredAnd/or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificate of Culinary Arts training preferred.Current Washington State Food Worker Card
