A little about us:
The new Ski Inn is looking for line cooks. We are a new, family run business and are looking for people who want to get in on the ground floor of our business and grow with us! We are running a limited menu, but plan to expand and we want people who would like to have creative input on that expansion. We offer competitive pay, plus tips, and a fun atmosphere. We take our jobs seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right people! Bonuses, raises and advancement are all parts of our compensation philosophy, and our employees are our number one priority.
Who we’re looking for:
We want to hire people who care about the products they are sending out the window. Our items are humble, but our recipes and cooks are precise. We, of course, want cooks who are reliable and communicate well. We are looking for folks who welcome responsibility and do well in a fast paced environment.
As mentioned before, bonuses, pay increases and advancement are all parts of our pay philosophy. Starting pay is DEO.
