Our kitchens are fast paced, we prepare our entire menu in-house fresh daily and have high expectations for plate presentation and execution in the kitchen.
LINE COOKS:
Responsible for prepping ingredients to the company’s specifications for quality and stocking station appropriately. Must strictly follow line recipes, proper builds, and specified guest modifications for preparing food to order for the guest, while maintaining a clean station and work space. This position requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees, including assembler, expo, and all members of management. Performance is measured based on ability to follow recipes and line builds with speed and accuracy, focusing on execution, plate cleanliness, and presentation. Must be able to manage multiple guest checks simultaneously. Proper sanitation protocols must be followed. Responsibilities also include opening preparation, closing and cleaning duties. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
