Line Cook/Prep Cook

Square Mile Public House has an opening with the following requirements:
Daytime/ Evening Line Cook
– Two (2) Year minimum experience
-Great attitude, team-oriented, and professional etiquette
– Understanding of restaurant service operations is a plus
– Ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of food items.
– Basic knowledge of safe food handling is a preferred
– Ensures proper rotation of all products and stocks products to par
– Responsible for the set-up, cleanliness, and organization of the work area before, during, and after every shift.
– Complete specific restaurant cleaning responsibilities daily in the front of house and kitchen.
– Flexible schedule with full time availability
– Weekends and Holidays required
– Driver’s license a plus
