Full time position=RFT, Part time=NRFT.
Under Executive Chef direction, prepares food using recipes and procedures set by Executive Chef.
Cleans his/her area and labels food with pull/expiration dates.
Keeps work area clean and free of hazards.
Alerts management when inventory levels are low.
Must have proper county licensing and carry on his/her person while on duty.
