Kitchen Assistant role includes, but is not limited, to kitchen tasks like boxing and unboxing items, assembling food for delivery, packing food, assist with cleanup duties, and any additional tasks the kitchen manager needs to be completed.
- 1+ years kitchen production experience.
- Willingness to work in large venues or commissaries
- Excellent understanding of food preparation fundamentals.
- Ability to follow recipes.
- Sound understanding of food allergies and food born illnesses.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work shifts, on public holidays and over weekends.
