HB Specialty Foods has an immediate opportunity for:Blending Production TraineeBase pay: 15.00 Current Open Shifts: Morning Shift // Monday – Friday 5am-1:30pm Job Summary: Heavy Industrial lifting of food production products such as bags of flour or blends.

The Production Trainee – Blending position must have high attention to detail and work at a fast pace in order to meet their key performance indicators safely and accurately.

The Blending position is responsible for a variety of different production duties within the Blending line.

Brief Key Description: Must be able to consistently lift bags up to 55 lbs without restrictions or limitationsFill out clear and legible batch processing documentation and cleaning recordsOperate fill/feed lines on blending areasOperate Mixing Stations in blending areasOperate packaging stations and stack finished products on Blending lineComplete cleaning on production equipment as requiredComplete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or requiredParticipate in continuous improvement processWork with Blending line as a team player by providing excellent teamwork and collaborative attitude Run washroom equipment and use necessary personal protective equipment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :Must be hard working and able to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environmentMust be punctual and self-motivatedAbility to work individually and with a teamMust be able to perform physical requirements of the position including walking, standing, stooping and climbingAbility to lift up to 60 pounds without restriction, using proper safety methods Why us, because we are The Healthier and Better Opportunity: Medical Benefit packagesMatching 401(k)80 Vacation Hours Annually40 Sick Time Hours Front loaded9 Paid HolidaysFollowing up on your resume/application?
