Our very supportive leadership team makes this a fun work environment! Our successful candidates will prepare food and serves restaurant patrons. Take orders from customers, and cook foods requiring short preparation time, according to customer requirements. Typically, performs short order/grill cooking duties in preparing food items to be served to customers. Complete orders and serve customers. Follow recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving soups, meats, vegetables, and other foodstuffs for consumption. Prepare foods by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits & vegetables, trimming & cutting meat, poultry or fish for culinary use. Taste products, reads menus, estimates food requirements, checks production, and keeps records in order to accurately plan production requirements and requisition supplies and equipment. Selects recipes per menu cycle, receives inventory, moves and lifts foodstuffs and supplies and prepares meals for customers requiring special diets. May clean & sanitize workstations and equipment and must follow all Sodexo, client, and regulatory rules & procedures.
You must be able to reasonably read, write, and communicate with customers, managers, supervisors, & co-workers in English. You must have a completed Covid-19 vaccine record.
Work schedules available are Sunday thru Thursday 3:00pm to 10:00pm, 3:00pm to 1:30am and Tuesday thru Saturday 3:00pm to 10:00pm, 3:00pm to 1:30am. Some holidays required. These are 2nd shift night positions.
