WAGE STARTING AT $14.75/hourAt Great Wolf, the Host/Hostess is the first impression for guests in their dining experience and is critical to ensuring all feel welcomed.

The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to tables, and monitoring their needs throughout service.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesWelcomes patrons and escorts them to their assigned dining area; tracking table availability via floor plan boardInforms customers of promotions and notifies them of assigned serverManages patron wait list as neededProtects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.Helps dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; and serving beverages as neededBasic Qualifications & SkillsMust be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends and Holidays as neededSuccessful completion of criminal background check and drug screenDesired Qualifications & TraitsPrevious host and/or restaurant front of house experienceStrong communication skillsProven teamworkProjects professional image that inspires trust and confidenceEnthusiastic and positive energyPhysical RequirementsAble to lift up to 30 lbs.Able to bend, stretch, and twistAble to stand for long periods of time Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
