FERMENT BREWING COMPANY is located on the scenic Hood River Waterfront. Our menu is an inspired mix of traditional pub food and light Mediterranean fare with an emphasis on pickling and fermentation. We are currently searching for an experienced, passionate, creative and motivated Chef to operate our Tasting Room’s kitchen, inspire and lead our team.Our bright and beautiful restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strengths in communication, mentoring and working with/and training staff, diligent administrative and creative, innovative culinary qualities to lead our kitchen team and menu. This is a hands on ” Working” chef’sposition with competitive compensation, and a great working environment. Applicants must be proficient in organizing and executing necessary administrative systems to successfully operate our high volume summer seasons, along with creatively managing our winter ” Off” seasons. This position requires a love and passion for the food & beverage world as well as a desire to work in and cultivate a positive and fantastic work environment. Additionally, the right candidate will work closely with upper management while communicating all changes and updates to the kitchen team.
