Follows all company standard recipes step-by-step to achieve quality standards and maintain budgeted cost per resident goals.

Uses creative plate presentation that is appealing both visually as well as flavor content.

Correctly cooks orders and follows the posted portion control guide.

Maintains kitchen area cleanliness standards.Reads understand and follows all menu and recipe specifications.Directs food service staff in the chef’s absence.Receives incoming food and supply deliveries ensuring company standards.Performs all technical skillsets of basic food production.Plans and executes special menus and/or special events.Completes all daily production schedule tasks as assigned.
