Position: Executive Chef
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 (10% bonus potential)
Job Description: To over see the Food and Beverage Kitchen Department and work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to meet/exceed all expectations for COS, Payroll, Operating Expense and Revenue Budgets. To be a true leader and build a foundation for success. The Executive Chef will report directly to the General Manager.
