Ex Novo Brewing Co.: Line Cook/Kitchen Team Member

Ex Novo is a local brewery with two pub locations, we’ve been brewing for just under seven years now, all while working towards our mission of raising funds for local and global charities. The Portland pub has a diverse set of menu offerings, from traditional pub fare to our Detroit style pizza.Currently looking for a full-time cook, please have some weekend availability, growth opportunities will become available.It’s critical that as a team member you learn and share in our values. We require urgency when it’s needed, but to also take those moments to ensure something is done right. Keep an eye out for guest and coworker needs, an eye for details in your work and adaptability in service. Communication and generosity in action are key elements of our team work model. Everyone pitches in to get the work done and keep up our service environment. Must be a strong team player and team communicator, possess a healthy work pace and love to clean and have a confident work ethic.Compensation is $16 an hour with generous weekly tip outs about an additional $6/hour. Additionally, Ex Novo Brewing Co offers health insurance after 60 days, dental, 401k with 3% matching after six months and shifts meals and discounts on products.
