Duties include cutting vegetables and fruit, rotating items on the buffet lines, provides internal guest service by effectively communicating with co-workers and assists with separating deliveries and storing items in proper storage areas.

Performs additional job duties as assigned by department manager.

Starting wage is $15.50/hr with an increase to the standard $16.50/hr after successful completion of 90 day orientation period.Education:High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredExperience & Requirements:Must possess basic culinary knowledge with the ability to follow directions and the desire to advance into a skilled cooking positionMust have valid Washington State food handler’s cardPhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hoursThe ability to lift up to 40 poundsMobility to climb stairs on a routine basisMust be able to tolerate a smoke filled environmentAdditional Requirements:Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screenUpon offer must obtain Class IIIB Gaming License ($155 $200)Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
