The Kitchen is Seeking a Full Time Sous Chef to join our team of professionals.
Duties consist of, but aren’t limited to: Executing recipes correctly and efficiently.
Assisting the Chef in training and managing staff of cooks and dishwashers.
Ordering and maintaining products on hand.
breaking down and portioning meat, fish and poultry.
Working flexible hours, nights and weekends.
Ideal candidates will:
– Have 1 year experience as sous chef or management of busy fast paced kitchen
– and/ or 2-3 years Line cook experience in fasted paced fine dining
– Serv-safe certified
– Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
