Craft Cocktail Bartender

We are looking for enthusiastic, professional bartenders and servers to provide an excellent guest experience. great bartenders will be able to execute our best-selling specialty cocktails and innovate drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations while ensuring prompt service. Keeping the bar, guest areas, tables, and work areas clean at all times is a must. Compensation includes hourly and tips.

Applicants must be available weekends. The hotel includes an indoor bar/ restaurant as well as a rooftop lounge; applicants must be able to work outdoors in very warm temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $7.00 per hour
