The Pittsburgh Marriott North is looking for a Line Cook to join their team which services both the River City Grille and Banquet spaces.

– Cooks orders per guest ticket from server. Assists in the preparation, production and service of food for Banquet and Associate functions.

– Follows recipe cards and/or product specifications for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other food for consumption in an eating establishment.

– Food preparation will include operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, wash, peel, cut and shred fruits and vegetables, trimming and cutting meat, poultry and fish for use. Operates a variety of kitchen equipment i.e. choppers, mixing machines, slicers, steamers, grill, etc.
