Our Benefits: ● Access to Health Insurance ● Access to scholarships at $2,500 per year ● Sundays off ● Professional Growth Opportunities ● Free Meals ● Positive Work Environment Requirements: ● Ability to multitask ● Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pacehustle is a must ● Dependable character with a strong work ethic ● Adaptable, team-oriented spirit ● Positive, coachable attitude ● Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Responsibilities: ● Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards ● Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep ● Prepare cold individual and catering menu items ● Stock kitchen inventory as needed ● Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times ● Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate ● Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager ● Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes ● Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
