At Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen Garland, our ideal candidate will be cooperative and collaborative, energetic and upbeat, self-motivated and disciplined.
He/she will be responsible for picking up and delivering finished dishes efficiently and accurately.
This includes checking that all outgoing food meets presentation standards, is cooked properly, and that plates are the correct temperature.
He/she will liaise between BOH and FOH staff, will monitor ticket times and report delays where necessary, and will work as part of a tightly-knit team to guarantee guest satisfaction.
