JOIN A WINNING TEAM PREP COOK/LINE COOK Responsibilities Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparations Ability to learn and understand in order to execute recipes and new menus Cook items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Clean up station Accurately handling food items to minimize waste Stock inventory Preparing mise en place for daily service Maintain a safe, sanitary and organized work environment Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk, and carry multiple objects Qualifications Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred Able to meet all scheduling commitments Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs Strong attention to detail Can lift up to 50 lbs.
