Cafe Attendant – Vitality Cafe

As a condition of employment, Willow Valley Communities requires that all new hires are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to their first day of employment.We are hiring a Café Attendant at the Vitality Café in our Cultural Center has an opportunity to serve Residents, Team Members and Guests whom come for lunch. The Café Attendant is responsible to make coffee, set up the café line, and prepare orders.Benefits:Discounts on campus and to local businessesDiscounted Hershey Park ticketsBenefit options, even for PT Team Members!Responsibilities:Makes coffee and sets up café line.Prepares for café and catering functions.Determines production needs for café and assists with inventory and ordering.Slices deli meats and cheeses, and prepares meat salads, weighing and measuring ingredients according to standardized recipes.Takes orders and assembles salads and sandwiches according to customer orders.Cleans up deli counter and dining area in café and maintains cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas.Operates point of sale system.Assists with catering set up and delivery as directed by supervisor.Receives and stores food items according to HACCP guidelines.
