A local Deli/Cafe is looking to immediately fill a Team Member opening.
Team Members greet and serve guests, quickly prepare food to order, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards all while giving exceptional customer service.
The cafe is open Monday-Friday …
no weekends required!
Tasks and Responsibilities: -prepares food accurately, neatly and in a timely way-demonstrates a thorough understanding of menu items and explains them to guests in a helpful and cheerful manner-checks and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply during shift-uses point of sale system to record the order and collects payment from the customer-cleans as directed-maintains professional appearance and grooming standards
Prerequisites: -Ability to understand and implement verbal and written instructions-Must be able to work in any area of the cafe when needed-Position requires bending, standing, lifting and walking the entire shift-Must be able to lift 10lbs frequently and up to 30lbs occasionally-Prior food service experience a plus!-Reliable Transportation
